R2 is the cheap rate
Surely the two rates are:
ridiculously expensive
and
slightly less ridiculously expensive
Which is why the energy companies call them "day" and "night" rates.
Compared with Economy 7, Economy 10 should have a higher day p/kWh AND a higher night p/kWh.
The average p/kWh for unrestricted, E7 and E10 should be more or less the same when the proportion of night units is the same as an average unrestricted consumer.
