Door height - minimum?

Am I correct in thinking there isn't a minimum height a door needs to be.
Obviously 6'6" is the standard, but does it matter if it's a bit less?

(Had double 'french' doors made to-measure, but there was a little misunderstanding with the sizes :rolleyes: )

There is no minimum door height in a domestic building.

How much of a misunderstanding? :cry:

I indicated on sketch the doors to be 6'6" (in metric what ever it was), but they made the outside height of the frame that instead!
Taking away the sill and the head deducts about 90mm.
When he showed me my sketch, I have to confess it did look like that.

I won't make that mistake again :oops:
