Oh

Can you tell me what im looking for?

Is it a sticker or printed to the PCB?

Did you want the serial number for the keypad aswell?

Regards

Should be a sticker on the PCB.
If not a version number on the main processor.

Oops not awake.

Message sent, i`ll get a honest answer from my source.

Jazz, reply was as follows.

yes there have been two software upgrades since this panel was built back in July last year, i would suggest it is taken back to the supplier and exchanged, the OP must make sure he gets a panel with V1.00 or later firmwware in it.

Oih dear that's does not soiund good . Buy something and within a year it has had to be fixed twice to stop problems . Do texecom kniow what theuy are doing . -t does not say much for the product

Software upgrades happen throughout a products life.
The first was a fix apparently to do with issues when wired incorrectly the second a natural upgrade. Good kit always has a upgrade. It shows stability and support.
Yours just rots away, never telling when a battery dies.
And every time someone comes up with another issue with a yale system you say "never had that" "never heard of that" Funny then the same things keep happening.

Your so called product would not even pass a Grade 1 test, so Texecom do know what they are doing.

yale on the other hand................are they sure?

Alarm as you source when they're releasing the update to increase the max number of Ricochet devices to higher than 32. Been told it's in testing but no one will say how long before release.

There's a good un.

Not gonna bother him again tonight
It is Friday.
He`ll probably see this anyway.
