.. Are there? Ideal he 24s, mine is different from my mates so his fault finding chart gives different results than mine.

People give advice regarding fault codes with good intentions, but must be out with the advice?.

I took my friend to Plumbcentre the other day for the guts from a dv , the owner said there's only two so we will have it, i told him there was three, he didn't have it.
Hope you know where i'm coming from.

Thought there were 4 someone told me 3 although i was led to believe it was 7 , the counter weren't too helpful as i bought in a guts from a Hex , told me 8 different pumps for these but not sure , also had the guts from a aav to which they couldn't match.

Yes I know exactly what you mean.

WTF are you on about?

i think there is 3 isars, icos system and 2 esprits which are alike
mexicos and icos's above24kw are slightly different
and icos 12kw,15kw,18kw and 24kw are a little bit different but most of the parts are alike
fault codes are the same

There are 2 different he24's but even within the same basic model you may have different diverter valves depending on the serial number. Serial numbers are the key on these things.

Rather than give up on the M30100 as an experiment gone wrong they modified it new fan and board (so the fan didn't pop the board)

Then they rebadged it as the HE range following further mods (sparker external as opposed to being from the board etc etc)

Then they remodified the HE range again removing the plastic water section and replacing it with brass new electrodes (that didn't bend when they were introduced to the slightest amount of heat) longer HT lead and genny on the boiler roof etc etc.

Then they introduced the V9 PCB

Even in the earlier range 24 and 35 had black headed diverter while the 30 had red headed diverter

Answer : Loads
Conclusion : why bother
