Just another way to tax the usual folks. It will become compulsory for anyone (like me, one man band plumber/gas installer) to have to pay yet more out. And for what benefit....
I ask you, do you really think the enforcers are gonna go to 'dale farm' and the like to pull some ten year old trannies over?, no I thought not.

Depends on your local council. No trade waste allowed at our local tip (not even if you pay). Van owners can get a permit for 12 trips a year for personal waste.
Only option is to go to a commercial waste centre (who have a minimum charge of a tonne) or get a skip on your drive.
There's a market for an easy way to get rid of small amounts of Builders waste.
Also, as above, you should have a waste carriers licence if you are moving waste around.

Tell the customer that waste material is for them to remove, have a skip on a customers drive or get a Hippo bag. All depends how much needs removing.

Never had any trouble with skips and grab-loaders.
Be a professional, pay the fee and let someone else have the hassle.

Totally agree with noseall! even apart from the fact we need a waste carriers licence.
Then of course it saves the wear and tear on our vans.
Not like the old days when you would knock a chimney down load it into the van and off to the ww1 trench like council landfill tips, Now they are cleaner than Tesco car parks with big metal crossbars to prevent anything larger than a mini gaining access

If they're any good, stick 'em on freecycle. Someone'll come and take them away for you.
