converting a 3 bed house into Flats????

HELP, a friend wants me to split the electric supply into 3 so that he can keep track of what each tenant uses, there will be 6 dbl Skt and 4 60W light bulbs running in each unit, i have got the meters from old jobs where ive changed the meter or meter and consumer unit,
Would 6mm singles carry enough current or shall i use 10mm singles , each flat is going to have a 3way consumer unit lights\sockets\and A spare, the meters ive got are ace 9000 kbd, made by talexus\or itron, the problem i am having is that there is 10 connections on the bottom 2 in No1 and 2 in No2 for the supply then 2 in 3 and 2 in 4 for the load but there is also two small holes labled 7 and 8 What exactly do these connections do? do i need to connect them??
any help appreciated

The best advice is that you have nothing to do with the electrics of this project and advise your friend to employ an electrician who is both qualified and experience in this type of work.

create a question. How could you change meters if you did not know the purpose of the "holes". ( a second question "Is this a wind up ? )

No doubt you might be able to do the work but the liability that would then be hanging round your neck would be great and possibly very expensive in fines and compensation payments.

Cheers pal, believe it or not im a qualified electrician ive just never had to Split a supply before so i was just double checking, Ive change loads of the Black Meters but thats straightforward all i really wanted to know is Do i need 7 and 8 or not

I've only had all my Certs for 3yrs but ive been working as a spark for about 8 Yrs

would you advise me to do the wiring and then get my pal who i served my time with to come and help me seperate the supply, just to be on the safe said ? the wirings no prob 2 days if that ive just never been asked to share a supply 3 ways beffore
