As I understand it he's in a faraday cage of some description. Not really a stunt, just physics.
OK, perhaps stunt was a poor choice of word, good thing I don't write press releases!
Although one could argue that a great many so called stunts or tricks simply rely on exploiting a principle of physics that the majority of the audience doesn't understand and therefore considers to be magic...

I don't know why he's bothering really - anyone who's interested has seen it done many times before. I know I have.
