Hi

i am thinking of replacing my kitchen doors but wondering if it would look odd if i removed the cornice and pelmet and didnt replace it. I only ask as my carpentry skills aren't great and sure i would mess up the angles.

Cheers

not essential, but its all about aesthetics.looks better with it fitted.

personally I'm not a great fan of cornice and pelmet, especially with the more modern styles of flat glossy doors.
