Nope I was watching rather more interesting thing on channel 4oD called confessions of an alien abductees!

Other than that daft boy who could not justify his statement all the other youngsters raised very good points and debated well.

We watched that. Very interesting. Our cat's knocking on a bit now (17) and doesn't venture far, but when he used to be out all day we often wondered where he went and what he got up to. Probably curling one up in next door's garden!

We only watched the beginning of QT but we were very impressed by how well those young people spoke during the first few minutes. Superior Scottish education, perhaps?

Why was there no one in the QT audience over 30 years old?

I realise that a diet of Buckie and deep fried Mars Bars may offer an explaination.


And yes, the cat programme was fascinating. Always wondered what ours was up to all those hours away.

Very interesting, and a lot of work went into getting cameras and GPS small enough for cats to wear. They used a miniturised version of the type used on African big cats.

Why was there no one in the QT audience over 30 years old?

I take it you mised the very start of the programme? As 16 & 17yr olds are going to be allowed to vote on Scottish Devolution the audience was made up of younger people to get an insight into their politcal views. It was explained at the start of the programme, but that's all watched, so i'm non-the-wiser about their views!!

Get a PVR! We hardly ever watch programmes when broadcast; watch them at your convenience (if you have a television in your toilet) AND you can easily skip through the boring adverts.

Yes, you're right. Only saw last half hour, so missed the vital bit of info. Thursday was also a long day, follwed by early evening in the pub. Only propped my eyelids open as Nige was on the panel.
