Need help changing bulb in ceiling light !

Our en-suite bathroom has three nice neat, silver trimmed, flush ceiling lights with what look like GU50 type bulbs in them.

One of these bulbs went a few weeks back and I can not find how to replace it. There is definitely no clip of any sort holding the bulb in and I've tried significant force to both push the bulb up and twist in both directions but nothing is moving.

The only movement I can find is by wedging a screwdriver under the trim which suggests that if I pull hard enough then the entire fitting will come out ..... with or without part of the ceilng ?!!!

Is there a magic method here because I'm struggling big time !!!

It will depend on the light but some bezels require to be turned (anti-clockwise) rather than pulled. Especially those that are rated for bathrooms.
The alternative, if you can, is to go in the loft and see what's holding it up.

Only a quess but does the trim twist and come off, dont force it in case you twist the whole fitting in the ceiling though

That silver tag/ledge beneath the lamp looks suspicious, is there a springy tag opposite to release the lamp and it tilts out

Not sure what a GU50 lamp is
It looks like a MR16 either 240 volt twist GU10 or by the innards of the lamp looks to me like a push in 12 volt G6.3
