Would anyone have a ball park figure for wiring a central heating system with cylinder, wireless stats and 7 zone ufh?

from scratch or is some or all of the wiring in? need LOTS more information.

Could be an hours work or 2 days....

The wireless stats have receivers positioned near the boiler wiring center, which are wired in just the same as hard wired stats.

Personally I'd steer clear of wireless stats unless absolutely necessary as a last resort. Wired stats just work and do not go wrong.

To wire the OPs system, there's between half a day and three days work depending on the size of the system, and complexities of cable runs. It is impossible to price without seeing the job.

Thank you for your reply :) The whole thing is from scratch, it is a brand new system with no previous c/h. The house is vacant. No plastering done. No ceilings in. Boiler on ground floor cylinder immediately above boiler on first floor. Ufh manifold within 4 meters direct sight of boiler.

Oh, and for the funnyman :? only the stats are wireless they have to talk to a hardwired board!

Am asking for a friend, will see if I can get an idea of square footage.

It sounds like its at first fix stage then? Walls still open? Ditch the wireless stats, run some cables. Little excuse to be using wireless if you can run cables.

Checked with my friend and it is 120 sq mtr for the Ufh. Apparently it is only the manifold that needs wiring as the new wiring was run in at first fix for the new boiler etc. Once boiler was fitted they were just wiring it from wires already in situ.
