Ultraframe roof system leaking

I had one installed a couple of years ago when i had my new build extension done .It sits on a flat roof and I noticed that it leaks sometimes in one end when the rain falls.The fitter told me it was condensation dripping down .E did add more mastic but it has solved the problem and I am now wondering what i can do as he has since passed away.Thanks

the pics I took are on this link but they don't really say much except there is tray more or less where the leak comes from but looking from the outside it does not appear to be full of water.That suggests to me the fitter was right when he said the drips were caused by condensation.We have had a lot opt rain and those drips have only appeared occasionally when it rains

just had a quick look at the pics, theyve no used crests or finials on the ridge which if i remember correctly could cause probs with the ultraframe system. is there a hole on top of the boss cap (end piece of ridge) where a threaded nylon bar would go through? and does the slot for the crests hold water? also has expanding foam been used from inside?? not right if so. condensation would be all over if this was the problem or more likely concentrated around the ali box gutter. also the pitch of the bars on the shortest side seems too steep

ok i'll have a look although i am not entirely sure why you mean by crest and finials .yes the installer did you use expanding foam when complied about the dripping.Ill have to look at the booklet that came with it because i am not all, sure what you mean by "all box gutter" or "the bars on the shortest side"

Ali box gutter= aluminium gutter on the sides where the roof meets the house roof, some peopla call it a secret gutter.
The shortest side was the shortest side that meets the house roof
