right, you can all rip the micky out of me but I wanna run this past you guys

some people are telling me 25-26mb at the meter is overgassed and transco needs to get out and sort it,

I know it should only be 19-21mb at the meter but it can be 22-24mb

so, do I can transco when i get 23mb at the meter?

experience? opinions?

thanks

No offence but its one of the first things you learn about in training. If your messing about with gas you should know what is acceptable and when to call transco for too much or too little working pressure.

And you clearly don't. Which worries me

I have to agree with the other two replies.

You have clearly omitted something crucial to truly understanding what is going on with your system.

Omitting this fact goes to show that you're already out of your depth.

Working pressure i presume you mean or standing or dont you know the difference?

This is my own boiler, I'm a gas safe breakdown engineer but never worked on Valiants (mostly Baxi), most activator heads have your bog standard Black, Brown and Blue to operate the heads but this bad boy has a pink wire!

Its difficult to imagine how a breakdown engineer can have never repaired what is about the most common boiler make!

Also surprising how you don't seem to remember the most basic gas training that you must have passed.

PMSL at kidgreens reply .
if GSR you wouldnt have to ask .

Never seen some of the questions and answers in the CC then

So would I but it will be locked for a reason.

Something to do with getting your ambitions and capabilities mixed up I would imagine!

slightly concerning...

id love to see whats in the CC section!
You've not missing anything mate, most in there have their head so far up their own a.se, they can see their tonsils......

Some, have been doing it wrong so long they've convinced themselves they're right - about everything!!! Then you've got the course cowboys that have been in the trade two minutes & think they know the lot, rsoles!!
