Every time I cut the mains power my house alarm goes off. Replaced the battery inside the control box but still have the same problem. Have tested the battery and it's fine. Can anyone help??

Agreed.
When you say it "... goes off", do you mean that, when the mains power goes off, the outside bell sounds and the keypad dies or do you mean that the internal stuff sounds? If it's the former, it's almost certainly the battery fuse. If it's the latter, then it is probably supposed to do that!
