Hi y'all

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to find 2 lengths of 'cornice' for the top of some library units that I'm making (see sketchup pic)?

They will be painted ... so just wondering actually whether I even need it to be in wood at all? Would I get more choice (at a better price) if I went with something in plaster or similar? (Ceiling isn't shown, but they will be flush with it ...)

Can't seem to find anything in the normal outlets, and getting something bespoke made from a joiner seems crazy.

Would be really grateful for any tips!

Plenty of suppliers if you just Google "wooden cornice"

Ahh ... yes ... Bosley

I too got very excited by their range. And then I saw they were about 3,000 miles away in Maryland!

At the moment my plan is to scour eBay for someone locally kicking ex kitchen stuff out, perhaps I'll get lucky.

Sorry ... should have perhaps said that I did put in a few hours on Google already!

WRP has minimum orders of 20m odd on most of their stuff, and a £35 delivery charge on orders less than £300 ... so not going to work. Which is a real shame because they have a great range!
