Ok, Imagine a 18 year old school leaver, no qualifications to speak of.
He/she could spend a lifetime doing f*ck all, no direction in life, and on benefits..........OR, the government funds a training course to get them on their way to becoming decent working citizens, not robbing old ladies, not banging pills down their gregory.
Thus saving the taxpayer.
Better all round ???? It is in my book.
