Just been opening up a job lot of used 10-way CUs which I bought on eBay for components and one enclosure (the lot was dirt cheap). All Siemens, but with a mix of Siemens, Hager, M-G, and GE MCBs, RCDs and contactors.

In one of them the mix meant that the busbar would not line up so it had been cut short, and 3 B20s and a B16 daisy chained from the end of the busbar with 2.5mm² cable.

When you say siemens, were they like the Mark 1 mk sentry ones with the Forked bus bar, when they became rare it was quite often to see weird ways of adding extra mcbs.

siemens mains panels in shops, made up of numerous single phase small boards were quite common.

the now defunct Safeway used them a lot in there then new 80's superstores

Some have forked busbars, some (inc this dodgy one) the insulated comb ones like this:

Not up to your usual standard

these are the early MK some were branded Siemens.

rumour had it siemens made them for mk and when they redesighned them Mk forced them to destroy the moulds to stop people cloning them

not same as mk1 sentry, they are a lot newer than I first thought.
Wouldnt be surprised if there still the same as any current range, siemens make.

Them hagar ones certainly fit most hagar boards.

I think GE used the type of bus bar system in the last pic.

Most serpently did, numerical spark!

And Denmans used to sell the same unit with their own "Steeple" name on.

Good sturdy unit IMO. Fitted hundreds and never had an issue with them.
