I might give it a miss to avoid my blood boiling.

Apparently is all the rage around here for people to build massive extensions or roof conversions without permission, or apply for an extension that meets planning policy but build a completely different one that doesn't. And the council does jack.

This property had no planning for conversion from office to home use,they were in the process of taking it down and it came down rather quick.
Maybe some building regs had also been forgotten about.
