Hi , central heating works fine , and occasionally hot water does , when a tap is turned on the red light on the flow sensor flashes ok indicating the flow turbine is working , sometimes front panel says hot water demand , most of the time it goes straight into pump overrun . I am edging towards divertor valve , any help and advice greatly appreciated . No error messages .

the flow sensor shouldn't flash, but you shouldn't really be inside the boiler, it forms part of the seal for the combustion chamber, which if not sealed correct and the boiler has a issue it can be dangerous.

As above, the front casing of this boiler forms the room seal and as such it should only be removed by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Time to call someone in

Is it not still under warranty??I had exactly the same problem in a rental property. They were out next day and replaced a part.
sorry don't know which part, but was very impessed with ideal customer service..

5 yr warrenty with the plus (if its been registered)

It is the plus ,my neighbour is trying to fix it for me, he is gas safe but doesn't fault boilers , most of his work is landlord certificates , so we are just trying to find out what it is , by his own admission he doesnt know as the display doesnt show any error codes .
