Vinil for a shed's roof?

hi i am about to re felt a small shed in the garden and i have been suggested to use lino instead of felt. Anyone has got any views on this?

Vinyl will be rubbish and won't survive the weather. You could use EPDM though.

No it won't be rubbish - I had a roll end left and did the floor and roof of a small Wendy House for my grandchildren, it's been fine for 2 years so far.

What I like about vinyl is that you can chose within a wide range of designs and give a "funky" touch to the shed. Felt is boring, probably better but boring.
