Wireless CTV package for home

Hi my car got keyed on the street and I'm worried it may happen again

I'm wondering how good some of these eBay packages are or if anybody can recommend something better

Budget £100

That's a bit mean... I would be okay on a sunny day if the cameras were less than five metres from the car and you spent the same again on a proper video/CCTV-rated hard disk. The cameras should be as good as the one in my kid's Vtech Kidizoom camera (but without the zoom)...
