i am new to CCTV and purchased a Floureon AHD 960HD 2000TVL system which I am just getting to grips with.
I currently have one problem with night vision. The main camera looks out onto my front driveway and is very clear except that when a person walks to within a distance where his/her face would be recognisable (4-7 feet) the image 'whites-out' which I presume means the LEDs are too strong when someone approaches that close.
Is there a way around this? I wondered if reducing the LED strength by sticking some form of neutral density filter around the lower part of the LED array might help, but at the same time, I'd also like to be able to see down to the gate (as I can now).
Any advice appreciated
