Double check power to pump with a meter not just a pen that lights up and check all electrical connections, then if still nothing take one end housing off so you can "Flick" an impeller whilst fooling the sensor with a magnet.

I checked with a multi meter , I'm against the volt sticks , power at switch live , no sounds what so ever from the pump

No worries and please come back if you find the answer. (I want to know!)

I want to know aswell mate , salamander was saying there not involved now my boss has gone on a media site and they r back peddling , so hopefully I will know by Tuesday what they done

Need to check the board inputs/outputs and the the flow switches, you should be able to bypass the reed switch circuit connectors within the pump to rule them out.

It's had new flow switches and board mate, no point in bypassing as I'm getting 240v at the pump mate , took it fully apart no restrictions or anything
