A bathroom company (no longer trading) installed a wet room and raised the toilet pedestal. The outlet from the concealed cistern is a flexi which now has its own U bend forced into it and leaks.

Hopefully here is a photo. Any ideas beyond pulling the whole lot out and putting in a new non concealed toilet installation in....(.which the customer is happy to consider)

Either way the cistern will need to be raised. Can you raise what's there and put a rigid flush pipe in?

The cistern can't be raised as it is already tight up against the shelf above it. Were it possible to get a fitting that does an immediate 90 degrees out of the cistern it would work OK, but I can't see myself finding one. The alternative is to get a chippy to cut the shelf out and put in a low level cistern or raise existing, but to make it look nice might be a problem. Actually raising the existing is not that bad an idea...I know a good chippie who lives near the customer and I might have a chin wag with him about it to see what he can conjure up.
