I am just about to replace my thermostat with a 3rd Gen Nest . I have a Franco Belge Idris Exclusive combi boiler , with a simple thermostat. But am struggling with the wiring on the Heatlink .
I'm going wire the L and N (on the Heatlink) from the boiler no problem then bridge the L to 2 on the Heatlink . I just need to know how to find the 'call for heat' to wire 3 . I'm replacing the wired in thermostat by going 'wireless ' so won't need T1 and T2 , as the new control will be plugged in elsewhere
But I guess I'll have to close of the original Thermostat wiring too.
Any help much appreciated

3+4 are the room thermostat connections.

Whatever Brexit means, it does not seem to be going anywhere very fast!

A recent comment was that it could take up to 10 years!

Is that the original wired thermostat connected to 1&2 ?

Don't be in too much of a hurry to apply mains voltages to the boiler control terminals. Safer to make a 2 wire connection to the boiler from Heatlink 2 & 3 without the short link to Live in the Heatlink.

Thanks for the replies so far , original Thermostat are on 1 and 2 yep ,
Jackthom shall I just connect 2 & 3 on the Heatlink first to L and N above the old thermostat wiring at 1&2 first .
Tony , love the R4 van , more reliable than the current La Poste electric ones !

It's either going to be a weekend of warmth or I've screwed it up thanks Jackthom, I'll give it a go

Haha, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, not much snow at the moment. But it can come now that the thermostat is working !
