When will the celebrity carnage end?

Who gives one?

Some other woman died yesterday, and her only claim to fame was that she was in film from 1952, oh and she was the mother of some other woman who was in a couple of films 40 years ago.

Meanwhile, many people who have actually contributed to the human race slip by unannounced, unreported, unknown.

That's because they were "unknown".
If you watch a comedy film and split your sides laughing at an actors performance .. isn't that a contribution to the human race?
Or watch John Wayne in "Big Jake" or Robert Duvall in Lonesome Dove and then go to the pub that night and order beer just like they would then isn't that a contribution to the human race also?

The "contribution" should be the difference between a few lines in the back of the paper, and front page news with a supplement. Unfortunately, some people confuse saving hundreds/thousands of real lives with saving fictional lives in a galaxy far far away.

Newsflash.Everyone dies.Even celebs.People weeping and wailing as if the celeb is a close friend,or its unfair,or somehow its the fault of 2016,is all a bit strange to say the least.

Yes some times it appears that many go a bit OTT with grief when some celeb or famous (?) person dies

seemed to all start or I 1st noticed it when Princess Diana died

thousands of peple catching trains , coaches , buses travelling to London to sit in a park or side of the road wailing in uncontrolled (?) grief for some one they never knew , spoke to or ever met

the world as they knew it came to a halt

Still plenty of people made money out of it

florists sold out, coach companies , hot dog & burger vans , people renting out there toilets & parking spaces, companies buying cheap tacky plates & putting a transfer of her on them , which sold by the thousand , people selling printed pictures special edition news papers ect ect

I expect plenty had to see a phsycologist over the affair in order to come to terms with there un controllable grief ?

Remember guys that celebrity front page news is at least a step up from the usual bombing overseas and migrant crisis storylines.
