I've been watching this (foreign) vid, of someone filling and smoothing a scabby old cellar wall. From the time he's taking, I presume he is, or is acting, an amateur.
But the material he's using has a very long working life. It doesn't seem to be going off in his bucket, or taking a set and polish on the wall. What do you think it might be?
If it's an amateur job, it looks reasonable, at least for a cellar staircase, though not up to standard for a living room.
