Hello,
We leave in a Victorian conversion building with the consumer unit located outside in a locker in the front garden (i.e. external power supply). We wanted to upgrade the consumer unit and install a new cable from the unit to inside the building.
This was done in outdoor conduit with plastic trunking. A round tube of 1.5 inch was installed along the garden side wall and around the bay window to the main entrance.
Although it serves the purpose, it looks awful! It looks like a long handrail installed below the bay window!
Are there any exterior trunking options more discreet or more stylish?
Could we use just a reinforced cable or a flat shaped trunking?
Many thanks for your help!
