If it wasn't for the length I would say Swarland Ribbed, unless they made a limited edition or resin bonded them in two'so_O

They are horrible :D
That must be a commercial building, an architect probably speced those to be all fancy like. They have a lot of these long bricks on the Continent, it might be worth ringing a brick matcher over there if you have no luck here.

They are similar to swarland ribbed, maybe they had a special order for double length?
 
As they are not staggered I would be inclined to think they are not bricks but some sort of cladding.
