Thermostatic Valve

Hi, does anyone recognise this type of thermostatic valve? I can't get the radiator to heat up and I can't work out how to alter it in order to allow hot water to come through. Also if someone does know what type it is can they point me in the direction of finding a replacement cap.

Ok, fair enough. Any idea what on this valve is stopping hot water flowing through?

The snapped off spindle in the middle

Oh ok so I need to replace the valve.

The spindle that opens that valve has been snapped off,it can be opened using tools but with extreme caution. It will leak water and the ptfe inghell.

Get a new valve fitted.
