Outside LED security light dull of water - but still working!

I have an LED security spotlight, 30W or so I think - it came with the house. Checking outside for damage from snow and ice today I noticed it was completely covered in ice with big icicles hanging off it... a gutter above had been dripping I guess.

I went to dislodge the icicles fearing the weight might cause issues, and then realised the interior was full to the brim of water!

Since I can't turn this off easily I figured I might as well test it now to see if it was going to blow fuses before walking past at night. It worked without any issue!

I'm not sure what to do really... guess it's not waterproof enough to be submerged! Take the front off? Toss the thing in the bin? Is it likely to go bang or should the sensor and electrics be further protected even if water is inside the main holder?

I think this is your biggest problem - what if you *need* to turn it off (as you do now).

Iirc my outside lights share a circuit with some downstairs lights... Also I need the other outside lights.

It's round the back so we could just not go there until the show clears and we can safely get up there to disconnect it but I agree this is not ideal... However neither is going up a ladder amidst the ice and snow and rain.
