Different trade sheds will have their contracted suppliers,They can get most products but cost will increase.
Henrad,will have a list of stockists local to you,see their internet site or contact them.
consider buying all your heat/plumbing from the local henrad stockist. Better still Visit a local stockist they will have a list of their known trade account installers

I have fitted Quinns, for my employer. My colleague suffered a bad leak immediately on on installation, but that is probably a rarity. (the rad leaked as well 
) I always sold Stelrads when in business, simply because punters liked a recognisable brand name, and Stelrad has always been perceived as a premium brand. Plumb Center own brand is allegedly made by Stelrad.
The truth is, IMO, there are no "bad" radiators. Some rads have rubbish brackets, but hey ho.
Practically all rads that corrode in early years do so because of contaminated system water, rather than an inherent fault. They are, after all, a block of steel, so the only faults can lie in the welds
Probably the most important aspect is the appearance. Even "standard" rads vary massively in appearance, particularly wit the "compact" trims. So make sure your chosen kit is visibly to your taste

We learn at school that radiators should be mat black, only radiator in a house I have ever seen mat black is a fan assisted Myson where you can't actually see the radiator, in theory the fan assisted radiator is the best option, however in practice it's not that simple.
So ideal radiator should pump out as much heat as possible, but not store much water, idea is efficiency is directly related to warm up time. So room wanted for 1 hour, it takes 1 hour for radiator to heat room, efficiency = 50%, if it takes 3 hours to heat then 25% efficiency.
However I have a Myson, and yes heats room fast, but it also allows room to cool fast, so now it comes down to the boiler, mine is not modulating, all it does is switch on and off, in theory if the boiler was modulating then because it does not turn off, but the heat output varies, then the Myson should work better, however once the water cools below a set point the Myson turns off, so it still may not work.
Also there is a problem with fan assisted radiators getting a cheap control system. So in the main the simple radiator does a better job, however personally would not want them painted mat black, I want them to look good, so once established not going for most efficient, or even getting close, then only thing left is what it looks like.

Barlo (Quinn) rads are good value at Screwfix. I always like the Wickes rads, they're also well priced and seem very good quality. Wouldn't get too obsessed about rads and the origins of the steel they're made from. Rads are probably one of the most reliable parts of a ch system. Just make sure you have the correct concentration of good quality corrosion inhibitor in your system, and all will be well.

Barlo and Quinn are both brands of the QRL Radiator Group
Personally I always fit Stelrad Softline from City Plumbing
That must be the weirdest definition of efficiency I have ever read.
It was called Barlo Quinn for years. Seem to have dropped Quinn from the name now.
