You have all these special code words, you work with strange materials that nobody else in the building trade can understand, your like the ancient alchemists who do your wizardly and baffle the rest of us. I mean everybody can understand a brick, mortar plaster, wood, doors, concrete, tiles, roofing materials but plumbing is a mysterious subject that involves wondrous mysterious type words that nobody knows the meaning of. if you decide to swap out the boiler remember the 105e is a decent combi and you should get at least £100 cash if in good condition,not rotted away,with a reusable flue,mounting bracket,jig etc
