Hi
I've had a problem with a toilet cistern - basically it started to continually leak water into the bowl from the cistern. Plumber has been out twice now and the problem has now come back. The last time he came out, he replaced the syphon and it appeared fixed for a few days but has now started again. Dreading calling plumber back for a third time. Own investigations reveal that the flush buttons are sticking - it's a hard water area and the underneath of the button is quite scaled up.
Could these sticking buttons be the cause of water continually going into the bowl, rather than just filling up the cistern and awaiting the next flush?
If so? Can anyone tell me how I get an exact replacement or put up a link for me please?
