Safe zone - within 150mm of door frame?

I heard that running up alongside a door frame within 150mm is also considered a safe zone, is this true?

No - unless it is also within 150mm. of a corner of the wall.

I'm as sure as I can be that that book does not say that.

If anybody here has a copy, could they look?
