WC Vanity unit which WC Frame

But its only a unit so you could still fit a wc frame and cistern for wall hung pan within the unit
 
Well I've never done it nor seen it done.
Normally you build a unit around it or build it into the wall...

You could try installing your own wall brackets and cistern as separate items

but check if the dimensions of that unit will suit and you will like need to dismantle it and rebuild it around the bracket and cistern. Doubt it'll fit any of the frames out there.

Might work but I wouldn't be considering it.
 
I went to plumbers shop and they suggested fitting a Bidet frame for it and then get a small concealed cistern
 
The unit is 860cm high and can get a 820cm frame but its the flush button I am worried about
