Am I missing something?...Why fit a condensate pump to move water a foot?..
Sorry,,photo not the best, ,but fall is fine,,,the condensate from boiler is about 6inch from where it is pumped to.BG also told customer ,boiler has free first service..Now,12months from install,,,she was told by BG,the service was done when it was installed,!!!.ROFL....And they call us fekin cowboys!Is it going a foot upwards? Maybe there wasn't enough of a fall? Maybe they wanted to sell a condensate pump?

Should it have a jubilee clip on the outlet pipe instead of just a cable tie?
