Is it going a foot upwards? Maybe there wasn't enough of a fall? Maybe they wanted to sell a condensate pump?

Sorry,,photo not the best, ,but fall is fine,,,the condensate from boiler is about 6inch from where it is pumped to.BG also told customer ,boiler has free first service..Now,12months from install,,,she was told by BG,the service was done when it was installed,!!!.ROFL....And they call us fekin cowboys!

That discharge looks like the whole thing is pressurised Where is the terminus?

Runs about 3metres in 32mm pipe to drain cover outside.

Should it have a jubilee clip on the outlet pipe instead of just a cable tie?
The CT is supplied.
salesman gets commission for specifying a cond pump, installer has to fit it if on the sales spec
