I live on a main road, populated mainly by terrace houses.
There is very little on street parking, I see many who park facing oncoming traffic. They simply don't give a to$$.

I have to drive up the road and onto a side street up a hill, we often have to park on the pavement (leaving ample room for prams etc. to get past) otherwise when those that later come and park on the other side of the road - the gritters cannot get past.

You will be ok for parking when you buy Horncliffe Mansion ;)

Yes, but no price listed.

And it’s a total wreck.

It's the sort of place where, if I were to win the lottery I'd spend my days doing up. I'd love that.

If it were cheap enough I'd consider it but looking at the place it might be just outside my budget.

He said nothing to do with them, it was down to the police. And these people could not be prosecuted unless they were caught in the act.
At one of our local rugby clubs, there was a huge festival. People came from far and wide and parked all over the grass verges. The police arrived en masse and booked every single car.

BTW, I have driven many 100's of thousands of miles in cars, vans and lorries in my time and never have I parked on a pavement. Just a principle of mine.

I hate with a vengeance people who do. They only have selfish thoughts and don't ever think about anyone else. What about the disabled, the blind and people with prams?
