I couldnt work in a place like that, I know it's wrong but would it be kinder to put some of them out of their tormented misery. Obviously we can't do that but what's the point of living like that.

Doctors and surgeons already do and have always done so (by withdrawing life support) Dodging the responsability, compassion and the ability to end someones suffering is equally still not helping tormemted lives. Prolonging suffering. No right and wrong just variations of.

Not sure it's possible to explain what is wrong with that statement to a sad sicko who suggests selective murder as a 'solution'!
Not just some individuals are to blame, but also the operating environment...
The private providers are the worst (profit before people), whilst the many 'not for profit' organisations provide a better service and have a much more rigorous employment regime...

I didn't say anything of the sort tho I admit, reading back it could have come across wrong and be miscronsrtued that way. Apologies if I offended anyone. I questioned if it would be kinder to release some of the most severeist mentally ill from their hell (no not you ellal, jk) was thinking of them not me.
I believe in the best care possible for those poor people. Some of those care workers were horrible and i hope they never get the chance to work in that kind of enviroment again.
