Is that similar to what happens throughout the eu now ?, We treat the Yanks when they're here, they treat the Brits when in the US of A.
Ever tried to use an EHIC card in the US?Is that similar to what happens throughout the eu now ?
Only if you have private insurance over there, but the NHS will treat an emergency case here without question...We treat the Yanks when they're here, they treat the Brits when in the US of A.
NO stupid, they're only valid in the eu, America isn't in the eu.Ever tried to use an EHIC card in the US?
No sh1t Sherlock. Yes, that is the case NOW, but what is being discussed is a trade deal with the US in which reciprocal medical care could be considered.Only if you have private insurance over there, but the NHS will treat an emergency case here without question...
as is health care in other countriesThe US healthcare system is an insurance based model
as is health care in other countries
He is, yes. He absolutely detests young people too.Are you that angry, filled with hate
Where did I or anyone say we were getting a private system ? The tweet in the first post seems to be referring to a deal between us and America whereby we get treated in America if we fall ill, and Americans get treated here if they fall ill, similar to the EHIC system in the eu.There is always the health tourist risk, but that has always been the case with many visitors from many countries.that a private system will cost you more and you will receive way less.
The tweet in the first post seems to be referring....
And you can show us where this 'could be considered'?Yes, that is the case NOW, but what is being discussed is a trade deal with the US in which reciprocal medical care could be considered.
Well you might be the only one that sees thatThe tweet in the first post seems to be referring to a deal between us and America whereby we get treated in America if we fall ill, and Americans get treated here if they fall ill, similar to the EHIC system in the eu
Possibly.Are you really that thick!
Of course it doesn't.But of course this doesn't bother you, or does it?
So what is it saying ?No it doesn't.
Where was this ? The tweet posted makes no reference to it , it just says he "thinks" healthcare will be part of a deal, what sort of deal, no one knows, as it hasn't happened, but I forgot, you can see into the future, so you know for sure. The trade deal will however include the opening of the NHS to US private healthcare operators - this has been admitted.
