Evening all.

Thought I'd ask on here and see where we end up!

Current sliding door frame measures 2150mm x 2040 and the French door frame is
2070mm x 2010mm how can I make them fit?

I've read about UPVC extenders but the gap is rather large width wise - height not too bad.

Ideas please?

So you are 80mm shy in the width, I can only see frame extenders or some 3x2 PAR down each side cloaked with pvc trim, IF the frenchdoors are opening in your always best fit spec with frame extenders anyway so the hinges clear the internal plaster reveals so yo'd have had 20mm extenders anyway so whats another 20mm?

I would buy a longer cill though, a cill that doesn't reach the corners just looks carp!

Thanks crank39 for that, good advice there especially regards the cill! I was just going the fill the ends somehow but would look not great I suppose.

Doors do open inwards but do have side panels so it would clear the reveals easily
