Thanks for that , a neighbour had his house sprayed painted with it, gone all over my car, had it washed this afternoon, but it everywhere still , waterbased would have come off

Not once its gone off or there would be a lot of bare buildings around.

You need to find out if the neighbour's house insurance covers him to pay for the damage to your car

It not the neighbour fault, at moment got someone trying to remove it, but not long left he has to come back,

Am waiting for to see if he don't got all his details and reg would go to police first to get it document as to me it criminal damage,

Police won't be interested. It's an insurance claim, and your neighbour is responsible. as it's accidental damage caused by work on his property

Disagree with that, either way if not sorted that business I will take it the court ,

It could turn out to be a bit complicated , Where was the car Parked, if it was on the road then thats your problem . If it was on your Driveway the neighbours decorator should have told you what he was doing so you could put the car in the Garage or offered to cover the car with a dust sheet .
Your claim is against the Decorating Firm .

It was on other drive approx 30ft from his home, not where I normally park it at the side, it was very windy when he did it

Had the decorator already started spraying the walls before you parked there , the argument being you saw what he was doing but still parked your car. check all facts and approach the decorator he should be covered by Public Liability Insurance cover , its not the neighbours fault

A good compound polish will sort that out. At the decorators expense...

They came yesterday in-between showers, use a clay bar and other stuff it comeing off slowly
