Basically the water is coming over the top of the end cap on these gutters. I tried taking out the moss but all the water backs up and pours over the top. Is the only way to sort this to change the gradient of the clips so it flows better to the downpipe?

Yes, though even level the water should run away so must be well p*ssed.

Not sure but the corner bit seems to slope the wrong way
