BAXI 105 - Seems dead after changing fuse

I had a leaking diverter valve, so I ordered the kit and changed the nut...all seemed to go ok, leak stopped, the heating and HW both came on. Heating remained on for a few hours.

24 hrs later, half way through a shower the trip was thrown int he consumer unit. I checked 3 amp fuse in the spur, seemed fine. Then 2Amp fuse in the PCF. This had blown. Put in a new fuse and nothing is happening. (no lights at all)

Any ideas what the issue might be?

Sounds as though the PCB may have died, assuming there is power to it.

Did it get wet when you changed the DV?

It was covered up, but it could have done. Is there anyway to check if its dead?

You will need to safely test if their is power going into the board.
Check the fuse on the board again, after that, testing plugs on the "outlet" side of the board will give you an idea of whether or not it has croaked.

sounds like you got water into the PCB, some pros actually remove the pcb before working on the valve, terrible design and any water goes straigh into the PCB housing
