The Centre right / centre was the sweet spot for me. Sensible policies, sensible capitalism, public health and education. Focus on growth through productivity.

But taking your logic. People who are not supposed to use the nhs are costing us. The only way to stop it, is to privatise the service so existing users pay more but it stops the ones who are not supposed to use it how exactly?
