If Brexit had clear benefits it would be far easier.

If mottie (or any other quitter) could show us any clear direct benefits of leaving the EU, then maybe remainers would be able to gain a bit of understanding as regards their reasoning...

Sadly they steadfastly refuse to do so, therefore one could be forgiven for assuming that they have no reasoning!

You spend your time on here saying how this country should be run: you think getting rid of foreigners would sort it all out.

By the way, anybody can have a balanced, reasoned argument based on facts, it doesnt require a high level of intelligence......but it does need the courage to challenge ones own prejudice and see both sides of the argument.

Its natural to stay in the safety zone of confirmation bias, but it doesnt help find the truth.

We will have to wait & see, but on the other hand, can you or any remoaner state what further benefits we will receive if we stay in the eu, ? Will our payment's to the eu reduce,will we get back more than we pay, will we never have to adopt the euro ?

I can remember too the Tories blaming Labour's overspending, as their reason for austerity. I suppose there must be some old newspaper articles somewhere? Not saying it's right of course but deffo remember labour being blamed.
