Dark patches after 2nd coat

Hi all, I hope you can help me. I'm painting a room in my house Dulux Matt Almond White. It's on to fresh plaster so I gave it a mist coat on Sunday and the first coat on Wednesday. When I went back last night to give it a second coat, areas were darker and patchy, especially where I'd used a brush to cut in. I gave it a second coat, this time using a mini roller to get as close as possible to the corners but some bits are still darker, the worst being the corner in the photo.

That photo was taken this morning, 13 hrs after the 2nd coat. Should I expect it to even out with more drying time or do I need to do something different?

Looks like the plaster may not be fully dried out. When was it plastered ?

Hi mate, it took a couple of days, finished on the 24th Oct

Give it the rest of the day, maybe more drying needed. I always panic like this when painting, and it always all dries the same colour in the end. Fingers crossed!

Only time will tell ,but after 13 hours I would have expected a matt emulsion to be totally dry ,particularly if the room is heated. Leave it for a day and see how it goes.

It isn't heated at the moment, radiator's off. It's quite cold actually. Hopefully that's something to do with it. Thanks for all the replies so far

Yes looks like plaster may still be a tad damp and the paint too. It's the outside wall so will be the coldest are. On the same thing myself at the mo with fresh plastered room. I had rad on low with a fan blowing the air around the room and it dried quite evenly.
