Hi everyone, first time poster here so apologies if my formatting or posting etiquette isn't correct, please let me know and I'll change anything I can.

So onto the problem... I have not long bought a new house with a Moderna e80 boiler, which for a while was running fine, however it has recently lost all pressure (I only noticed this as it started to make almighty clunking sounds).

Usually I would have no problem represurising a boiler, twiddle the black valves and watch the gauge to up, but this boiler has no black valves and my actual knowledge or boilers amounts to diddly squat!

I've searched for videos and online documents, but nothing I've found will tell me what I need to do seeing as I don't have any black valves.

Picture for reference:

Edit: This link didn't seem to work so I've uploaded the file directly, I think.

Any help is more than appreciated!

Thank you,
ANewHouseNoob.

Follow the silver coloured, braided flexible hose. The left side has a valve ,but the usual black plastic handle is missing ,so you will need to open that with a spanner or grips ( 1/4 turn).
Can't see the other end ,which may have a valve ,with or without handle, that needs to be opened also.
Its behind the tiles, on the right hand side.

And the most likely reason that the pressure is dropping is the furthest most right isolation valve is leaking and needs to be replaced

Hi all, I know that this is a very old thread, but I would just like to say thank you for the replies.

It probably sounds stupid, but I made the account and post in incognito mode on my phone for some idiotic reason and couldn't remember what the website was called to get back here (there was no email confirmation for the account setup which was annoying).

Months later the boiler wasn't any better (but still miraculously working) until a couple days ago that is when it stopped igniting. Days of trawling forums later and I finally figured out this was the correct forum I'd used so long ago!

So now the boiler is represurised all thanks to your beautiful people!!

Unfortunately it won't ignite still so onto the next problem I go haha :)
