Hi, I have a similar issue between my conservatory and dining room where i've removed the sliding door. The height difference is 30mm, any suggestions on ramp products i can use to address this issue? The most i can find online only have up to 20mm rebate
Bit of chamfered architrave could be used to reduce the height difference ( hardwood).
