Bit of advice for workshop power.

Yes it does have RCD protection. Ive got plenty of 2.5mm cable for the sockets and 1.5 for the lights.

From what your pic of CU shows ,it would appear that the circuit has RCD protection , does it ? What size cable will you use 2.5 mm ? What testing will you do before energising the circuit after alterations ? Diagrams ok.

Do you really think a diy'er, coming on here for advice, is going to have the necessary knowledge and test equipment to answer that correctly?
They may answer truthfully by saying 'none', or they may use the time old classic, "I'm getting an electrician in to test before energising." :rolleyes:
